Privacy at Procaaf
You can use the plate calculator and Coach without creating an account. This page explains what stays on your device and what leaves it.
Plates and saved plans
Plates, custom foods, daily targets and saved Coach plans are stored in your browser. They are not placed in a Procaaf account. Clearing browser storage can remove them, and another device cannot see them unless you export or share them.
Coach requests
Information entered into Coach is sent only to create or refine the plan you request. Avoid entering names, contact details, medical records or anything else that could identify you.
Measurement and advertising
Procaaf uses site analytics to understand visits and improve pages. Sponsor placements may link to external websites, whose own privacy practices apply after you leave Procaaf.
